Role Description:
As HR Market Business Partner you will:
Be responsible for HR operations, processes and procedures in a growth market Romania
with 500+ employees in Cluj and Bucharest
Be member of the Region Central Europe Market HR Team; works closely with international HR Partners, HR Service Delivery, Centers of Excellence and Business Leaders Ensure consistency across Business Units, Departments and locations wherever applicable
Apply local Labor Code and HR processes to support and guide employee life cycle
Understand how global HR systems can be used for driving consistency and change across the organization (Workday; ADP)

Role Description
- Under the direction of the Director of Information Technology the Database Administrator will be responsible for the company data repositories, extractions, loads and transforms related to Business Processes and Intelligence;
- Responsible for the administration of mainly the Oracle and MS SQL Data Repositories, associated Microsoft Business Intelligence System, and Insurance Application Administration;

Role description:
- Construction of equipment types and price optimization in line with the competition, collaborating with Pricing Manager and the Business Performance team, the result being communicated to the S&OP department;
- Constant monitoring of competition in terms of product and segment evolution;
- Strengthening the product strategy at Balkans level and maintaining permanent communication with OEMs;
- Providing product arguments to the communication department in order to develop promotion campaigns;
