In general, the personal data we collect will be transmitted by you directly, by e-mail or using this site.
We may receive data about you from the legal persons you represent in connection with 360Talent Co., in the event that, for example, you have been appointed as a contact person or you are a legal representative of the 360Talent Co.

If we decide that you are a potential viable candidate, when we contact you, we will also send you a link to the privacy policy so that you will be aware from the outset of what is happening to your data. .
However, if you are no longer interested in possible employment opportunities, you can request to be contacted at any time or you can request the deletion of data from our company database (unless there is a legal obligation that obliges us to keep those data).

We will process data entered in your resume to assess your suitability for the position and to identify the right solution for the client’s recruitment needs.

Important:
We cannot control the retention, use or confidentiality of CVs that have already been viewed by potential employers in the recruitment process. Once your resume has been disclosed, 360Talent Co. cannot retrieve it from third parties who have accessed it (such as potential employers).
The CV you send us must not contain sensitive data regarding (i) racial or ethnic origin (ii) political affinities (iii) philosophical or religious beliefs; (iv) membership of a trade union or political party; (vii) a history of criminal offenses or proceedings and related penalties or fines; (viii) committing any illegal or inappropriate behavior and associated sanctions; or (ix) any national identification number of a person.

9. Evaluation of candidates’ potential and behavior

Within the selection process of 360Talent Co. we perform the testing of the potential of the final candidates to increase the level of objectivity of the decision, by applying personality preference questionnaires, tests of inductive cognitive skills, verbal, numerical, motivation assessment tests. We also run behavioral assessment centers in which we observe the behaviors manifested in exercises that simulate real business situations on the critical and essential competencies for the job. Given that these evaluations result in a set of extremely sensitive information about the candidate, we consider it appropriate a high level of individual control over personal data unless we perform such a test without the explicit consent of the candidate.

Important:
Explicit consent is the agreement that the candidate can give for the evaluation, after being informed about the choice he has to make, correctly, intelligibly and clearly.
The candidate will be asked for a specific confirmation of the agreement or, which may consist, for example, in a written statement signed by him.

10. Data processing of persons adhering to job evaluation evaluation, part of the human resources consulting service

Often, an employer needs support to understand what his company needs in terms of recruiting staff. To meet these needs, we have created a personalized human resources consulting service.
To perform this service we analyze profiles appropriate to the objective as well as open data publicly available. In some situations, at the client’s request, we can interview people who work or want to work in a certain field.
If you want to take part in this process, you should know that we will process the data in your CV form and also the data collected during the “interview”, in order to evaluate the important characteristics for a certain client.

We make reasonable efforts to keep personal data – which are used continuously and in our possession or control – accurate, complete, current and relevant, based on the latest information available to us.
 Restriction of processing: If you are in one of the following situations, you can ask us to restrict the processing of your data:
 challenge the correctness of personal data for the period in which we must verify the accuracy,
 the processing is illegal and you request the restriction of the processing rather than the deletion of personal data,
 we no longer need your personal data, but you request it in order to establish, exercise or defend a right, or
 You object to the processing while we verify that our legitimate reasons take precedence over your rights.
 Access to your data: You can ask us for information about the personal data we hold about you, including information about what categories of data, what they are used for, where we collected them, if they are not collected directly from you and to whom they were disclosed, if any. You can obtain a copy from us, free of charge, containing the personal data we hold about you. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for abusive requests.

To remember!
Time period: We will try to resolve your request within 30 days. However, the period may be extended for reasons of specific legal law or the complexity of the request.
